1. Booking and Payment:

1.1 The client agrees to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure the agreed-upon date and time for the photography services.

1.2 The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled photo session.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

2.1 Cancellations made by the client will burn the deposit fee .

2.2 The photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or illness.( we try the best to send our team to cover you event if emergency happen )

3. Scope of Work:

3.1 The photographer will provide certain hours of photography services on the agreed-upon date.

Orked - Day ( 11am - 4.30pm )

Night ( 7 pm - 11.30 pm )

( nikah flexible )

logs and diaries - Day ( 9.30am - 4.30pm )

Night ( 6.30pm - 12 pm )

Rose - Day ( 11am - 4.30pm )

Night ( 7 pm - 11.30 pm )

Dahlia - ( 8.30 am -4.30 pm ) day only

3.2 Additional services or images beyond the agreed package may be provided at an additional cost.

4. Delivery of PRODUCT:



4.1 The final edited photos will be delivered to the client within specific due month of the photo session.

photo editing- 1 month

photo album design - 3 month

video editing -3 month

4.2 Digital images will be provided in [JPEG format only ] unless otherwise specified.

4.3 we charged Myr 1000 for raw images or video footages.

5. Copyright and Ownership:

5.1 The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes .

5.2 The photographer retains the copyright to all images.

5.3 The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes only. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

5.4 The client grants permission for the photographer to use their likeness in promotional materials, including but not limited to the photographer's website and social media.

6. Editing and Retouching:

6.1 Basic editing and retouching are included in the package as listed

Orked - all will be selected and edit

Dahlia - all will be selected and edit

logs and diaries - all will be selected and edit

lily - shoot and burn ( no edit )

6.2 Additional editing or retouching requests may be subject to an additional fee.

6.3 There's no manipulation edit upon subject .

7. Force Majeure:

7.1 The photographer is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond their control.

8 Liability:

8.1 The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the photo session.

9. Dispute Resolution:

9.1 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of [my jurisdiction].
