Will principle (fido) be involved in the photography shoot at the event?
- Yes, with Principal on duty fee.
Is the deposit refundable?
- The deposit is non-refundable.
Are you willing to travel?
- Yes, the rates exclude transportation and accommodation fees for events outside of PENANG.
What is the payment schedule?
- We require a RM200 deposit to lock the date and the balance MUST be cleared 14 days before the date of event.

Between 400-800 high-res JPG images for a full wedding.
Can we choose our photos to put in the album?
- Of course! We will make sure the best selected photos after editing is chosen and approved by you before we proceed to printing the album.
Can we choose our own song/tone?
- Unfortunately, song choices will be chosen by the editor , based on what he/she thinks best to suit the mood of the video and photo and aligned with our company’s signature in work of art. You can share your song preferences and the editor will decide if we can work with it or come up with something as similar to your music taste. It’s best if you let the editor do his/her own creativity :)
Do you give out raw photos or raw videos?
- No, raw photos and videos are like unfinished product/services. It is our policy to not provide our clients with unfinished products/services.

How long does it takes to get our photos and videos?
- We will upfront 10-20 photos / teaser for you to keep somes first. The finalized product will be delivered in 3 months time.

1.1 The client agrees to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure the agreed-upon date and time for the photography services.
1.2 The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled photo session.
2.1 Cancellations made by the client will burn the deposit fee .
2.2 The photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or illness.( we try the best to send our team to cover you event if emergency happen )
3.1 The photographer will provide certain hours of photography services on the agreed-upon date.
Orked - 11.00 am- 4.30 pm
logs and diaries - 7hours max
Rose - 7 hours max
Dahlia - 8.30 am -7.00 pm max
3.2 Additional services or images beyond the agreed package may be provided at an additional cost.
4.1 The final edited photos will be delivered to the client within specific due month of the photo session.
photo editing- 1 month
photo album design - 3 month
video editing -3 month
teaser video - 2 week
4.2 Digital images will be provided in [JPEG format] unless otherwise specified.
5.1 The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes .
5.2 The photographer retains the copyright to all images.
5.3 The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes only. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
5.4 The client grants permission for the photographer to use their likeness in promotional materials, including but not limited to the photographer's website and social media.
6.1 Basic editing and retouching are included in the package as listed

6.2 Additional editing or retouching requests may be subject to an additional fee.
6.3 There's no manipulation edit upon subject .
7.1 The photographer is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond their control.
8.1 The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the photo session.
9.1 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of [my jurisdiction].
